Questions
Is there a minimum term?
Massage memberships have a 12-month minimum. Class memberships are monthly.
How do I cancel?
Email hello@naomiswain.co.uk. Massage memberships can be cancelled after 12 months. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.
What happens to unused massages?
One rolls over to the next month. You can hold up to two at a time (four on Gold). Unused massages end when your membership ends.
Do classes roll over?
No, class credits reset each month.
How do I book with my membership?
Log in and book as normal. Your credits are applied at checkout.
