Booking and purchase details: what you booked or bought, when, and your payment status. Card payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details.

Account details: if you create an account on our site, your login details and your booking and membership history.

Website data: our website (hosted by Wix) uses cookies and similar technology to keep the site working and to understand how it is used. You can manage non-essential cookies through the cookie banner.

We don't collect or keep records of health information.

To take and manage your bookings, memberships, class credits and vouchers. To take payment and keep financial records. To contact you about your bookings, such as confirmations, reminders and changes. To send you our newsletter, but only if you have opted in; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. To run and improve our website.

We only share your information with the services we use to run the studio: Wix.com (website, bookings, memberships, payments and email), our payment provider (to process card payments), and professional advisers such as an accountant, only where needed and only the information they need. We never sell your information.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

Booking and payment records: 6 years, for tax purposes. Newsletter details: until you unsubscribe. Messages sent through our contact form: up to 2 years.

You can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or transfer it to another provider.
