Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you book a treatment or class, buy a membership, bundle or voucher, or attend an event at Naomi Swain Wellspace, 6 King Street, Jericho, Oxford, OX2 6DF. Naomi Swain Wellspace is run by Naomi Swain Wellspace Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16653334).

1. BOOKINGS

All massages are by appointment only and must be booked through our website. Please read our Appointment Information page before your visit (arrival, parking and what to expect). Arriving late may shorten your treatment. It will still be charged in full.

2. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your appointment. If you cancel with less than 72 hours' notice, or miss your appointment, the amount is non-refundable. For memberships and bundles, the session is used. See our Refund Policy for full details.

3. YOUR HEALTH

Please tell us about any injuries, medical conditions, medication or pregnancy before your treatment or class. We may decline or adapt a treatment if it isn't safe to go ahead. Classes involve physical exercise. Work within your own limits and tell the teacher about any injuries before class starts.

4. MEMBERSHIPS

Memberships are paid monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Massage memberships (Massage Membership, Silver and Gold) have a 3-month minimum term; you can cancel at any time after your third payment. To cancel, use your account on our website or email naomi.frances.swain@gmail.com. Cancelling stops future payments, and your membership stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. One unused massage credit rolls over to the next month, and you can hold a maximum of two at a time. Unused credits end when your membership ends. Memberships that include classes give 4 yoga or fitness classes per month; class credits do not roll over. Bookings made with credits follow the same booking and cancellation rules as other bookings. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any change to your monthly price. Memberships are personal and cannot be shared or transferred.

5. STUDENT MEMBERSHIP

Student Membership is for current university students. We may ask for proof of student status. It runs from Michaelmas to Trinity term (9 monthly payments) and gives unlimited yoga, sculpt and fitness classes. Students can cancel after 3 months.

6. CLASS BUNDLES AND MASSAGE BUNDLES

Class bundles are valid for 3 months from purchase. Massage bundles are valid for 12 months from purchase. Unused sessions expire at the end of the validity period and are non-refundable. Bundles are personal and cannot be shared or transferred.

7. GIFT VOUCHERS

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers bought before a price change cover the treatment they were bought for. Message Naomi to book.

8. EVENTS

Event tickets are non-refundable. If we have to cancel an event, we will offer a full refund or a place at a future event.

9. LIABILITY

We take care to provide safe treatments and classes. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
